Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all of Green Bay including surrounding suburbs of Allouez, Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, De Pere, Hobart, Howard, Ledgeview, Oneida and Suamico. Extended delivery areas include Denmark, Little Suamico, Luxemburg, New Franken, Pulaski, Seymour and Wrightstown.
What is your delivery fee?
Our local delivery charge is $11.00. Extended delivery area charges are $18.00 depending on location.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we are almost always able to accommodate same day delivery.
What do you do if someone isn't home?
If weather conditions allow, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location and contact the recipient to let them know. If that isn't an option, we will contact the recipient to set up a time to redeliver for no additional cost.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
We provide Sunday deliveries for funeral or memorial services or other special events or circumstances.
What if I pick an arrangement and some of the flowers aren't in season or available?
Our designers will use their best judgement to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value while still conveying the original feel of the chosen arrangement. That could be the same flower in a different color, or the same color but a different flower. If a particular color or flower is extra important, please let us know so we can do our best to make sure it is included.
